En el centro de la imagen podemos ver un corazón representado como un ojo con trauma ocular, haciendo alusión a un trauma ocular, agresión sistemática ejecutada por Fuerzas Especiales (FF EE) de Carabineros de Chile contra manifestantes durante la Revuelta Social desde octubre de 2019, resultando de ello 460 personas con lesiones oculares, de las cuales dos quedaron ciegas y 35 sufrieron pérdida total de uno de los ojos.
