Carta abierta que movilizados por la publicación del resultado de un sumario de Carabineros publicado en el diario El Siglo del 25 - 30 de Abril del mismo año y referido al asesinato de los hermanos Rafael y Eduardo Vergara Toledo, hace un llamado a la comunidad a continuar en su deseo y lucha por el establecimiento de la Verdad y Justicia. Así tambien ante la posibilidad de reapertura del proceso en los Tribunales convoca a posibles testigos de los acontecimientos del día 29 de Marzo de 1985 a entregar los antecedentes "por mínimos que éstos sean".
